The field of the Russet-red Grounds has a cellar sheltering a 10.000 hls fermenting room. The cellar is equipped with a quay of reception out of stainless, of a pneumatic press of a capacity of 110 hls, and of a group of cold supplied with glycol to be able to vinify wines at low temperature. A workshop for the making of the white wines with 2500 stainless hls was created in 2004 to be able to fulfill the qualitative requirements of musts in fermentations. All the fermenting room concrete is covered with epoxy food one to allow the wine making and the breeding of the red wines. |
